Instructions for Moist/Dry Heat Applications

Dry Heat Therapy

1. Plug the power cord into a 120 volt
AC electrical outlet.

2. Scroll the controller to desired settings

3. Place the pad on the area to be treated.

4. Turn pad off and unplug power cord
when finished.

Moist Heat Therapy

1. Unplug pad from wall outlet

2. Dampen one side of the heating pad with a
spray bottle or cloth.

A.   DO NOT immerse pad in water or

   place under running water

B. DO NOT spray water on

the connector

3. Plug the power cord into a 120 volt
AC electrical outlet.

4. Set controller to desired settings.

5. Place dampened side of pad on the area
   needing heat

6. Turn pad off and unplug power cord
when finished.
